My career started over 25 years ago working at the Pier Restaurant in Sydney as an apprentice sous chef, then running a number of different venues over the years.
After taking a break for the last 8 years whilst I raised my 3 children there is nothing more satisfying than seeing those little tummies being filled, with healthy and nutritional food, but of course my passion in desserts lead me here.
After experimenting with different flavours and sharing my desserts with my family and friends the demand became stronger and soon enough, I was being asked to make desserts for special occasions, and family gatherings.
Now its time to share these with you!

What's For Dessert Mum after every meal.
